Peter started his career in Insurance after graduating from Manchester University in 2012. He gained experience working on the underwriting side for a number of companies before leaving his job in 2015 in order to found Insurercore.

Sam began his career in Insurance in 2003 after being offered a position at W. R. Berkley. With previous experience at RBS, Sam proceeded to expose himself to different classes of business working alongside senior members of staff and involving himself in various projects

Jo spent 16 years working for Bank of America Merrill Lynch before moving into the Insurance industry a year ago. During her time with the Bank, Jo was employed in a variety of roles ranging from Marketing Manager to Financial Analyst within several banking areas.

Jonathan has recently graduated from Manchester University, with a degree in English Literature. Jonathan has previously undertaken administrative work for an energy consultancy, as well as writing sports and Esports articles for TheGameHaus. This is Jonathan’s first role in the Insurtech market.

Alan has over 45 years experience in the Insurance industry having started his insurance career at Lloyds in 1971. He has worked in numerous roles, starting in Human Resources and moving on to become a founder Director of Independent Insurance.

Michael Gaughan founded FWD Group in 2000 as a specialist agency for the Insurance market. He has extensive experience in the insurance sector having spent 35 years in a variety of roles. He is both a Chartered Marketer and a Chartered Insurer.

Andrew Lockley is involved in investment, fundraising and consultancy in the tech sector. His skillset is in commercialisation. His degree is in Engineering and Management, and he is aiming to obtain a PhD at UCL.

Re-insurance executive with over 25 years of experience, in the US, Bermuda, London and international markets, insuring the catastrophe liability of global organizations across all sectors. Tangy has built a successful career and is currently a Senior Advisor to the Bank of England’s PRA and Strategia Worldwide Limited.

David is an experienced global insurance executive with a track record of developing profitability and growth, as well as turning around struggling business units and operations. He has successfully engaged with every segment of the market across multiple territories.

Gareth Eggle is a second-generation insurance professional who is keen to ensure the continued relevance of the sector. He believes this is only achievable through innovation and repositioning, and is an Advisor for several start-ups seeking to deliver the necessary change.
